Hope it gets better for you soon. I shattered my femur last Apr (nothing cycling related) and I'm still in recovery. This whole cycling thing for me started at physical therapy, with their stationary bikes! I still have severe rotation in my left illium & the femur head is rotated in its socket, to boot. Been seeing a chiropractor for 4 months. It's a real struggle to "toe out" when I walk. But I CAN walk.
