Serious question: have you ever noticed that the unit of measure for smoking is "packs per day"? Why isn't it measured in individual cigarettes? As a former smoker, I always felt emasculated when I had to tell my doctor that I smoked 1/5th of a pack a day. Being able to say 4 cigarettes would have been much more empowering.
