That's definitely not what I had in mind by "strategic." I was talking about the things the OP was talking about
: knowing how to draft, when to put down power, when to recover, etc., and like I said, knowing the route, where the sprint zones are, what the riders' strengths are...that's the stuff one wants to know to have a ride strategy.
