That's a nice bike! Condition is rough though. It could be a variety of models, Peugeot had an amazingly confusing (to me) naming scheme. But I can tell you it's from the early 1980s.

I just bought a similar 531 Peugeot in slightly better condition for $200. And I think I got a good deal. I'd say yours is worth somewhere around there as-is.
