I would agree that based on the marking and pearl paint it is an early 80's mid level model. As for value I would say around $175-200 as is and $300 or so fixed up and ready to ride. This bike is definetley worth saving with a new set of tires and some clean up and serviceit would make a nicebut cosmeticaly rough rider without a lot of work.
