I train on wire bead gatorskins. I bought a set of gp4000s IIs for my race wheels, and the first race of this year I tore a hole in the sidewall of a brand new (~30 miles ) gp4000sII thanks to a frost crack, with 2 laps to go. That was more than a little frustrating.

But uh, they do roll well.
