Pedro's Super Prestige. Lezyne Floor Drive. Park Tool PFP-8, which I've had for six years now and still works fine. Though I need to flip the Presta grommet in the head at some point. They have "de-contented" it a bit in the last few years, so the PFP-7 might be a better pick.

If you're really picky about accurate pressure readings, pick yourself up an Accu-Gauge. They're less than $20.
