Yes, I've seen the ads for the bikes in Euclid, and some are not that bad. Some good deals there, too.

Last Spring I made the rounds of a bunch of bike shops on the Cleveland's west side and western suburbs, and nobody had any vintage parts. I was looking for a used SunTour freewheel. The one shop that had some vintage bikes was asking waaaaay too much for them IMO. A Fuji S-10S that had been turned into a fixie for $500? I have a S-10S, and am very attached to it, but c'mon... Probably a $200 bike at best, and less for a fixie.
