I found a bike
I understand not wanting to get false claims about the bike. However, this hardly gives an owner enough information to determine whether they should contact the "good Samaritan".
I suppose if one has had a bike stolen in the last week, "joy ridden", then dumped, then one could contact them. What if the bike was stolen months ago, then just dumped later for some reason? Perhaps being passed from thief to thief.
