Please post outer seat tube diameter (28.0mm if French, 28.6 if made almost anywhere else), as well as outer seat post diameter. This will help us sort out what quality of frame tubing was used. The integral derailleur hanger is a positive sign, but these eventually became common on some lower and mid level models. Crisp closeup shots of the dropouts and the seat cluster may also be helpful.
