I take 300 mg of allopurinol, it beats the hell out of having gout. When my gout kicks in I ain't riding anywhere. I take 40 mg of lisinopril + another B.P. med which I hope to reduce by riding. As much as I hate to take meds gabapentin 100 mg 3x a day is allowing me to ride again. I didn't get to ride any last year
I hope that taking them allows me to exercise enough to get off at least some of the stuff
