Just found my first bike at a bike swap meet today. It's a 1976 Huffy Stars & Stripes. Would like to restore as much as possible but I do not know if that would de-value the bike or not. Would like to chrome handlebars and curved seat back. Also, there is some pitting on the paint and I am not sure if I should touch it up or not. Any advice?
