It is an odd ad.
Especially when the photos don't show the actual logos, and there is no note about who the actual builder/painter is.

He doesn't seem to mix Columbus and Reynolds (or Nova) branded tubes, other than the fork.

I'm wondering if it is in fact a homebuilt, maybe 10 to 15 years old, and for some reason, he kept every single receipt.

If you like it, why not contact the seller and try to get a bit more info about the "custom build". $600 seems to be on the high end, but not too bad.
