Bikes: '77 Colnago Super, '76 Fuji The Finest, '88 Cannondale Criterium, '86 Trek 760, '87 Miyata 712

Depends on the time of year. Later in the spring conditioning when rides get faster, I'll be in the drops almost all the time except when "coming up for air" to stretch.
