I just found this frame up in Portland.

medium bicycle frame

It doesn't look like a bad frame... for a Schwinn... except no fork or other goodies.
Comes complete with stuck saber saw blade.

I might consider it... if it just wasn't so far out of the way.
The price is much more reasonable than the Chicago frame.
