Rims are hardly worn. The tires certainly to be reglued. But much worse, given that the tires are decades old, the tire base tape has probabily disbonded from the tire casing. So I would discard the old tires.

Another consideration is that 6/7 speed Dura-Ace cassette hubs are only good as candle holders. They require a very unique first and second postion threaded cog that are impossible to source. The rest of the cogs are Uniglide, and they are getting harder to find. And the unique freehub is also impossible to find. Hopefully your hubs are the freewheel version.
