I was attempting to install my Dura-Ace cassette onto my Bontrager wheelset. after dropping all the gears on to the hub, I tighten down the lock not. Then I notice that the 11 tooth gear is tight, but the rest are all completely loose. All the spacers are in place, why are all the gears loose except the first one?
