So i think I overreached last week
I was averaging 60- 80 miles on the trainer (while the weather was still yucky). Then when it turned nice, I cranked up the miles.
Monday: 10 at home, 20 at the coach's house.
Tuesday: Out and back 30 miles for 2 hrs
Wednesday: Club route solo for 31 miles at 2:15
Thursday: coach's house for 19.5 miles
Friday off
Saturday 7:30 am to 2:30 pm for 45 miles
Been off and fighting a cold since.
That'll teach me. Not.
