my understanding is that the stuff was designed to be taken immediately after exercise. But it certainly wouldn't hurt to take it a little later.You might want to try it that way sometime.

I would be amazed to hear of someone being poisoned by Vitamin C. It's a little easier with E; but I took a 400 IU pill for years; and outside a couple extra arms...I'm fine. Truthfully, the stuff is good for you; my Doc told me to take it. Eventually taking Vit E will make you crave zinc; which for me winds up as a craving for beef.
Endurox may have zinc, never tried it personally.
GNC makes a natural Vit E with tocotriol (a recently discovered isomer that may, or may not, have biological value) and I take that in the 200 IU strength. Vit E is an antioxidant, and I'm a big fan of antioxidants.
