I would argue that 6800 is never worth it. 5800 has almost identical functionality and looks for less money. Then if you are racing and/or weight weenie step up to Dura Ace. The only time I would consider 11 speed Ultegra is if I wanted to step up to Di2. These are all personal opinions of course, but based on testing various groups and a lot of research
