Great choice of color for your Paramount. I'm glad you broke through the "but I don't feel like it" feeling. I did that this morning. I didn't feel like riding to work, but it's my best way of getting exercise. I was immediately gratified after getting on the bike. I'm 54, and you are an inspiration to many of us.
