By accident - I "found" this site while at The Recumbent Site --- Bent Forums ( or what-ever it is properly called ).

I was once riding a Lite Blue Peugeot "Diamond Frame" bike an honest 80 miles each Monday - Wednesday and Friday until I got ran into by a driver that was impaired by his Consumption of Alcohol. The end result for me was that I had "A Injury Caused Stroke".

Since January 2015 "My Toy" is now an White AZUB T-Tris. Because of Snow - falling in January and February - it has been hard to ride 15 feet some days. When permitting - I am now riding 15 miles per day. My speed and time is not important for I am aiming for quality.

It was ten years ago that I was carried into Memorial Hospital here in COS and told that I was having A Stroke. Their NEO/ Stroke Recovery - The City of Colo Spgs' Therapeutic Recreation Program - The Achilles Foundation ( Pikes Peak Chapter ) and The American Veterans Affairs all have been part of me Getting Healthy - Being Healthy and Staying Healthy.

It takes me an full hour - using Walking/ Trekking Poles to make it 2.5 miles. I can pedal all day long ( if I have nuthin else to do ).
