Only the 2015 models have the Blendr stem, and the mounts come with the bike.

Your bike looks great. I'm using a Bontrager RL cage on mine (because you can get them in matte black) but they also have them in red, and if you ever decide to replace those alumnium cages I think that would look even better. I had to wipe the frame down after every ride last November and the internal cables were a blessing.
