'tis true, there is nothing you can do about it, but wait until it passes. Many people call this "the stomach flu" and think of it as the flu. This is incorrect.
Most intestinal bugs are Norovirus, or Rotavirus. The flu shots don't touch it. The good news, is that it passes in two to three days for most people. Diabetics, the elderly,
and those with compromised immune systems have to be careful with this type of virus. Most information can be found here at the CDC web site:
