I have not. However, I know someone who has. We were doing an organized ride, and she was not nearly in shape enough to do it. She signed up for the shortest distance they offered, which was 39 miles. They had extra loops at the lunch stop, so while she did the 39 mile option, I could tack on a longer distance while she hung out. I have no idea what she ate while I was out biking. But I came back and picked her up at the lunch stop, so we could continue on. I think the combination of being out of shape, and being left by unlimited food, and then having to start biking again in the afternoon did not sit well with this person. At her mile 30, she pulled over and let fly.
It was horrible. And I felt guilty for talking her into riding it.
We still call that corner out in the county by her name.
