Look at the simulator on ebikesca and you'll receive a quantitative evaluation of your situation; otherwise it's just a guess. However, since you have about 78% more w/h with the bigger battery, you will be able to go faster and further. On a clear, warm, windless day, throttle only and flat road, a 150 pound rider on a 50 pound bike (THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATE, SO PLEASE PUT IN THE EXACT FIGURE IF YOU LOOK IT UP) will use 22 - 28 w/h per mile; this about doubles at 30 mph.
