I have heard about this 20/22 vs 25c debate regarding rolling resistance, I don't see how it is feasible, surely it would depend on rider weight and tyre pressure? I am a very light rider. 125 lb 5'9"

Why would you not run 20mm tyres, how do they feel? My uncle who is into cycling, used to race when he was young on the old steel frame bikes with quill stems, told be that he has rode on 19mm tyres before and said "you absolutely fly on that width"
