in the past, i used 20mm 700c tires, but have moved up to 23's. i still run 20's on my old 27" clincher rims though and find them fine at 80PSI. but, i agree 20's are out of fashion and they may have found it difficult to unload them. it happens a lot with tires, IME. often with tires of various colors.
aren't you going to tell us where you found them? or are you going to keep it to yourself?
