I've slowly amassed the Campy components for a higher-end build (just gotta find the right frame), but wondering what, if any, higher end frames (from the 80's-ish) were built for 27" wheels (126 spacing), as opposed to 700s? I'd prefer european, and so I am guessing this likely points me to a british frame, if even such a thing even exists? Maybe one of those smaller brands, Holdsworth, etc…?

I'm not opposed to dumping my wheels and going to 700, since I know that would be the easiest route with infinite options, but I figured I'd ask the question anyway, for educational purposes, if nothing else.
