Added: I just read Peter White's bit on these. He says they would require a longer bottom bracket axle but didn't specify by how much. I'm using the crankset on a frame that doesn't have guides brazed onto the top of the bottom bracket shell, so if I had to guess I would go with 122mm.

Full disclosure--I'm sending you to my own site, and it only covers a few specific old-school triplizers.
