As Clifford mentioned, McKenzie Pass is car free this time of year. Just on the other side on Hwy 126 is Belknap Hotsprings (and Deer Creek Hotsprings if the river is low enough). West of Belknap on the Aufderheide is Cougar Hotsprings. I'd suspect the Aufderheide is clear of snow, but I don't know that for certain.

Hwy 58 just outside of Oakridge has McCredie Hotspings and Hwy 138 between Roseburg and Diamond Lake has Umpqua Hotsprings.
