Short on time and energy this morning, so I opted for 2x15' instead of 2x20'. Third "On" week, kind tired, slept in a little too much. That extra 10min helped get me to work on time.
Anyway, they went pretty well, 99 and 101%. I felt pretty good near the end of the second, not dead at all. Now I'm tired and low energy though; I'm thinking that the combination of my energy level and my performance on the bike means that I will test higher after I rest up next week.
