Village Gainey Health Club, look at my rides on Tuesday mornings and it should give you all the info, but if you want to head that way I'll ride out there with you some time. That's the ride I did every week until I got hurt and then just got back this month. It's my favorite ride around I think. Really good workout and I'm home by 8am even including a 30-40 minute coffee stop.
