Nothing wrong with riding slow and enjoying it. But many posts are from people saying they can't lose weight despite riding several hours weekly. I'm guessing the complainers are riding 10 mph and eating lots to give them energy
That said I just bought a beach cruiser with upright bars and wide tires. I'm using it for slow neighborhood cruises. I may not be even going 10 mph at times
