Rivendell Bike, Book & Hatchet - Bookstores Nice guy, seemingly humble. Fun to talk to about bikes. He doesn't seem to worry much about riding in dense downtown traffic. He looks to be in pretty good shape, happy...but sort of intense.
In other words, he's no Chuck Norris.
I didn't picture him as a Chuck Norris. All this banter is about what a legend Grant is and how he is both loved and reviled. I'm glad to hear his demeanor is as I imagine it. I'd like to meet him one day. My daughter works in Walnut Creek, so it could happen.
