This is an EBay sale for a mystery French bike. It is labelled as "Champion" on the downtube. There is also another sticker with a "C" logo leading me to think this is the manufacturer name. Of course searching for Champion French Bicycle is not very productive. The lug work makes me think this might be lower end, but it has MA2 wheels with what might even be Record high flange hubs. Also I like the color.

The BIN price is clearly too high, but the opening bid price makes me pause to consider. It is within not too difficult pick up range for me.
