Thanks you guys. It's exciting. Lots of work ahead for the next month or so, and after that as well though probably a little less frantic once we're moved in. We somehow managed to land the first house we put a bid on, from our very first (and only) day looking. With the way the market is looking for this spring, we're feeling very lucky indeed.
