There's a store near me that has this vending machine outdoors that also has a pump (http://cannondalesportstore.csg.ammi...idge-store.jpg). The only issue is that the pump is used by idiots and has been damaged by people forcing the wrong valves into the schrader end, and cannot pump up your tires. I learned this the hard way on a commute when I had a low pressure front tire. Tried to pump it up - ended up losing all the air that was in there.
