If you don't want to get burned by a long wait for spokes, have a back-up wheelset on hand (as mentioned) and/or consider a set with more common spokes that you can easily find nearby. For example, Boyd Altamonts or the Bdop build kit with CX-Rays.
The Fulcrum Racing 5's and 7's are now offered in 'LG' 23mm width (regular is 20.5mm). Anyone know the Racing 3's width?
Campy is sticking with the standard rim width on the R3's which to be me is quite telling. They haven't endorsed the wide rim craze on their best wheelsets.
