Even PB charges like 30-40 for their in house brand stuff.
Only issue with eBay is, alot of the jerseys I see are like walking billboards. Not many simple jerseys listed.
This may still be too walking-billboad for you, although I bought a bunch of new-with-tags Louis Garneau custom program size samples from user morevalue for $20-$35 plus a $55 skin-fit jersey from his strongbiker.com website. Most are made in the USA; a few are EU or Canada.
They all look like this, with stripes of grey hexagons in the white areas which don't show up well after resizing the images.

All of the fits are there from skin-fit to relaxed, mostly with full zippers.
I shrunk too much for everything in my closet and wanted to get back to doing laundry once a week without spending a fortune. Ride 6 days a week, add warmer jerseys for cooler weather and tighter ones for hard rides, multiply by the $60-$100+ price of nice new jerseys more tailored than club fit... OW.
