Geeze HP, this seems really frustrating for you and now I can see why. From your Strava data, it looks like you lost cadence once with power, but never lost HR or speed data. From a technical side I don't understand why Garmin isn't more interested in whats happening. You can't be an isolated case.
One question though. Do you have a laptop available to use with one of these?
Garmin ANT+ USB I think you can use that with certain software on the laptop to record a workout. I think Golden cheetah can, not sure about WKO+ or others)
Its what I use with Zwift. It also works with TrainerRoad.
And yes, it's not much help while out on the road, but another data point to see if the dropouts are present everywhere.
