@JonnyHK - Not bad for a first print, but it is obvious you have quite a ways to go with printer tuning. If your printer has auto-leveling, go through that procedure before every print, at least for the first dozen or so. That way you can get the hang of what it is doing. But if there is manual adjustments to the bed level do that first. The more level you can get it mechanically the better your first layer will turn out. I also answered your questions in the PM.
