I dont' believe in getting angry just for getting inconvenienced - like having to slow down, etc. even if the driver is not respecting official right of way. Agree, this happens all the time. On my way home from work yesterday, a woman was backing out of her driveway on a residential street. Totally did not see me. I came to a complete stop, let her finish backing out. No problem.
A little patience goes a long way.
