Yes.

The splines are the same.

Note however the first 9 speed hubs had a 26x1mm thread for the lock ring. All hubs made from 2000 (10 speed) on plus 1999 Chorus/Record take a 27x1mm threaded lock ring. If you have 1997-1999 26x1mm rings you'll need new ones to run 9 speed cassettes on 10/11 hubs.
