I live in cloudy Oregon and our state has the 3rd highest rate of skin cancer in the US. Big surprise. I'm hit and miss with the sun screen, except for my face & neck (fixing wrinkles & skin damage is expensive), so preventative is good in my book. Of course during the summer my face/neck does not match the rest of my body in color. Oh well.
