I am just back to riding after a decade off due to injuries and issues. I started riding again last fall when I realized I could do it without pain and more damage due to some new pt. I've been browsing and lurking on this site since sept when I bought a cannondale synapse. Finally thought I should actually join so I can ask questions and perhaps help others!
