Campy Wheel Guys Help
So our shop has a customer with a Campy Proton ft wheel that has rough bearings. Unsure if its just the cone(S) or the cups yet. In doing my homework to find out more I see that this wheel is likely from 2006. Campy had no info on this ft hub as listed through that wheel name (that I could find). I suspect it's the same hub design as other Campy wheels but don't know this for sure.
I would like to offer a hub/bearing rebuild with new parts as needed option to our customer and before I do need to find out the availability of said parts. Any Campy wheel guys out there have any insight? BTW the rest of the wheel is in good shape, if it were a classic hub I would have no hesitation in suggesting service and continued use. Thanks. Andy.
