It can depending on your anatomy, saddle height, bar position, etc. etc. Bike fitting has a lot of interconnected variables, but as a previous member pointed out, the level saddle is just a starting point, it's not necessarily what's going to work best.
That being said, only adjust your saddle out of level tiny increments at a time.
