How to make a privacy statement: Put a statement on your webpage saying "I will not send you spam or sell your email address. I will not save your private information."

As for regular guy
"Also, though I hate to sound mercenary, if I help you do your market research, what's in it for me?"
Are u always like this? If some one asks u a qn in the street do ya demand payement for an answer?
I am rarely like this, but I don't answer telephone surveys either. You are asking for my time to do what amounts to market research. The privacy policy is the more important issue for me. I do know that many people will not respond to surveys unless they see something in it for themselves. Why should they?
I was just telling you why I haven't responded to your survey. The simple reassurance of a privacy statement would have helped a lot. Unlike D*Alex, I don't doubt that you are who and what you claim to be. And when I wished you luck with your project I was sincere.
