Here's an example of 2 guys with the same saddle and slightly different positions.

I too have the Fizik Antares but mine is rather level. I could not take it with a slight nose up attitude. Found too much pressure in the taint. I found that moving the saddle a bit forward (compared to the previous saddle) and level helped me with a knee issue (quads at knee were hurting) and this remedied this issue and got me closer to my handlebars so I was no longer leaning forward to reach them. All of this got me in a position where I feel like I can just let go of the handlebars and reduced the weight on my hands. When I road ride (as apposed to trainer sessions), I also feel like the amount of weight I am putting on the saddle has reduced.

It seems that I found my sweet spot with the Antares for me.

For everyone, not only which saddle is right for them is personal but also the positioning of that saddle is personal. What works for one might not be the solution for all. You need to do some methodical testing to get it right. It is definitely worth the effort.
